LICENSED-BONDED-INSURED CONTRACTOR(S)/PLUMBER SOUGHT FOR THE FOLLOWING REMODELING PROJECTS (FUNDING IN PLACE), LOCATED IN DOWNTOWN TWO HARBORS:
• Upper level master bathroom door: replace existing with left-hand, in-swing door.
• Upper level bedroom closed door: hand existing door
• Upper level bedroom door: replace door trim and adjacent base molding to match existing (in and out
• Upper level bedroom closet: replace plaster missing around electric panel
• Upper lever bedroom ceiling: replace damaged plastic paneling
• Upper level master bathroom: install new solid surface tub surround and doors
• Lower level: install suspended ceiling
• Lower level: finish wall areas
• Back entryway: replace plaster walls and ceiling with framing and sheetrock, and overlay with plastic panels
• Replace defective demand water heater with new, tie into existing water lines and replace venting if necessary
I have spec’d the bathroom tub surround and doors, as well as the replacement master bath door – and the new demand hot water heater, and will provide same to prospective contractors.
Time is of the essence: Grant funding (pre-qualified) is available to cover all costs, but bids must be submitted by May 18th!
