The candidate for this position must have a valid driver's license and vehicle, show up on time to all shifts, have a good work ethic and manners, work well with a team (be able to give and take direction), ability to lift 60+ pounds regularly, bend, kneel, wear tool belt, climb ladders, etc, be self-driven/motivated, have experience in a Construction and Carpentry background.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the foresight to handle the job that is given to them without needing direction. Be methodical and efficient in their work and time management. Have the foresight to identify and solve problems, take daily notes and documentation of the job site.
This position is for Full-Time employment.
Weekly pay (Direct Deposit)
Pay is based on experience
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Perform general construction/remodeling duties as directed
Abide by all safety requirements
Ability to perform demolition, take correct measurements, rough and finishing carpentry, hang drywall, mud, tape and sand, cabinet and tub installation, cleaning, neatly caulking and painting, install windows, interior and exterior door & siding installation, framing, hanging trusses, tie framing into existing structure, etc
Pick up, haul, and stage materials
Keep a clean job site - always leave it cleaner than you found it
Haul debris to dump/dumpster
Operate truck/trailer, skid steer, ladder, power tools, saws, brooms, scaffolding, etc
Be able to take direction from uppers as well as give direction to laborers as needed
