Roland Custom Gutters is a full service gutter installation company specializing in seamless and custom profile gutter systems. We service the arrowhead and broader northland of minnesota as well as northern wisconsin.
We are looking for Lead installers with prior experience as well as apprentice installers willing to learn. The pay scale after training is a commission based system, paid per linear foot installed. Our installers make good money that comes with a cost.
Applicants must be physically capable, good with hand tools, capable of working on ladders, display a sharp professional demeanor when dealing with customers, flexability with the work schedule as many work days can go until dark. Transportation to the shop and or job-site is non-negotiable. Most Importantly able to learn our way of installation and repeat the process successfully.
Theres a-lot of room for growth and promotion depending on the applicants skill level.
This is seasonal work that will wrap up near the beginning of December depending on weather.
Many years winter employment is an option.
