This is a great 5th wheel that I comfortably lived in for about 24 months. It had one previous owner. It has the 4 seasons package, and the add ons of two solar panels, an inverter, second A/C, updated touch reading lights over bed, roller shades in the living room/dining room, various baskets for storage in bathroom and bedroom, macerator pump, one 100 foot heavy duty garden hose for waste, one 100 foot heavy duty garden hose for fresh water, 40 feet of Camco RhinoEXTREME 3inch waste hose, Power Watchdog Surge Protector/ electric meter, 50amp power cords (app 90 feet), and possibly more stuff included. This unit has 3 slide outs. One more years of a transferable warranty that covers everything.
