2019 Forest River FR3 30DS with only 21,381 Miles on the RV. Actual Length 31'10". Very nice condition with lots of options! Ford 6.8 liter gas engine. Two slides, two air conditioners. 35,000 BTU Furnace. Onan 5500 Generator, water heater, washer and dryer hook up. Rear camera with side mirror cameras. Automatic leveling system thats so easy! Outdoor entertainment, TV, outdoor speakers, outside shower, Solar charge hook up. King size bed, Electric loft bunk over cab, Dinette converts to bed, Theater reclining seating/sleepers. Four Door refrigerator/Freezer, Electric front window shade. Lots of storage. 16 foot automatic awning with LED lighting. New last Fall RV cover and upgraded outdoor speakers. Ceiling height is 6' 10". LP tank is Full, 24.5 gal.
This RV was Purchased new from Bullyan RV in Duluth locally owned and traded back in on another new RV from Bullyan. I bought it last July from them and went through everything to make sure it all works, all manuals are there as well! I paid $75,000 and used it last fall. I really love it, it is easy to drive, but I decided a different direction and got a Park model for my permanent campsite.
