Two rooms available in a shared house. The house is outside of Duluth by the French River, about 7 minutes up the expressway. Beautiful location, quiet dirt road, easy walking access to the river or the lake.

The house is divided into four floors- basement (laundry, music area, storage), first floor (bathroom, shared kitchen, common dining/living area), second floor (3 bedrooms- 2 of which are available, bathroom, common space with wood stove, shared kitchenette), and the third floor/loft (guest sleeping space, common area, storage). All floors have large covered decks. There are 3 full bathrooms in the house.

Room 1- Peach Room, $850/month- This room is the larger of the two rooms, high ceilings, closet space, and small private deck. This room comes furnished with a twin bed, dresser, and shelf/bookcase

Room 2- Red Room, $750/month- This room comes furnished with a full size bed, dresser, desk, and has a closet.

You are allowed to bring your own bed to replace the bed that is currently in the room. Other small room furniture is allowed.

Storage is limited to your private room. There is additional storage available around the house for an extra fee that can be negotiated. Common spaces are shared. There is a large downstairs kitchen and a small upstairs kitchen that can be used by everyone in the house unless otherwise agreed upon by the housemates (upstairs kitchenette can be privatized for an extra fee). The kitchens are stocked with cookware and dishes. You are allowed to bring a small amount of kitchenware into the space if those items are not currently available. All utilities are included in the rent. Strong wi-fi and cable tv are included.

There are cleaning expectations for common spaces and private rooms. Other house rules are decided by current housemates.

There is one other person currently living in the house who is the owner. They built this house in the early 2000's.

Background check (prospective housemate pays), reference, and one months rent security deposit required.
