I am a single female (44) looking for one roommate to rent the other bedroom in my sunny 2-bedroom apartment. I would be the only other person living there.
About me: I am an easy going registered nurse. I like to keep the house clean and smelling nice. I am looking for a like-minded individual. I also like to cook but not every day, usually only about once a week at most. I've lived here for 2 years and have a fantastic relationship with the landlord, who lives on the first floor. I enjoy going for walks , drawing, reading and taking day trips. I don't really have people over too often but occasionally I'll have one or two friends over.
