then it has to be the same part or drivability issues that they cannot correct after three visits.

You bought an 18-year-old vehicle that wasn’t that good of a vehicle when purchased new .

Did you take it for a test drive ?
you had ample opportunity to take it to a mechanic of your choice to look this vehicle over.

I’m sure you bought this vehicle with this paperwork that says “as is “

That Should’ve been a big red flag for you
I bet you didn’t even get a 30 day warranty. That also should’ve been another red flag.

You went there you picked out the vehicle
