Two side by side lots. (Tax Value just went up considerably in 2022)
37.5 feet each for a total of 75 feet. I believe it is around 130+ feet long (142 FT from Curb to Alley)
Keep in mind that the setbacks in the center don't apply.
In other words you could put two houses:
1) one toward the front and north south if you wanted (TOUCHING the line between the two)
2) second house in the middle going east west. (Also TOUCHING the line between the two)
