We are a residential property management group who is looking for extra help cleaning vacant rental units for a short period of time this spring. The position would begin May 25th, or potentially sooner, and run through June 1st with potential other opportunities throughout the summer. Responsibilities would include:
Perform general cleaning in vacant homes:
Including (but not limited to) appliances, cabinets, floors, baseboards, windows, bathrooms, and more:
Organize cleaning supplies for efficient workflow
Communicate with team leads on projects, hours worked, or questions.
Qualifications:
Previous cleaning experience is preferred
Willingness to work with a team and listen to instructions
Attention to detail
Physical stamina to work full days
Reliable transportation.
This is a contracted position which pays $25/hour with a potential bonus opportunity for completing all requested hours.
