This is for Lot 2. Lot 2 has approximately 300' of river frontage. Survey has not been completed, therefore lot size, lot lines, acreage and water frontage dimensions are yet TBD. These lots have rolling topography, are heavily wooded with a diverse forest and the potential for beautiful, secluded building sites. Road access is currently available only through an easement as there is not an improved road yet. Lot 2 is in the middle so it should be more private and it also has some of the best frontage.
