244 square feet. Door opening is 8’ 9” wide and 6’ 11” high roll up with a man door on the side. Our Ford Expedition SUV fts inside easily. Weather tight but not rodent proof. No electric or other utilities to unit.
There is a simple application form to fill out and lease rate is $120 per month and it’s a 12-month lease. At the end of the lease, you can go month to month or start a new year lease.
If you are looking for larger units or ones that can accommodate vehicles let us know and we can notify you if we have a suitable unit come available. We currently also have a much larger {1753 sq’} unit with heat & electric also available.
