We own a primary home in Brule, WI, with several acres, plus a few rental properties. We’re looking for a dependable person to help us keep everything in great shape.
We know that finding someone who actually shows up, does solid work, and communicates clearly is rare. We value reliability above all, and are looking for someone who wants a consistent, respectful working relationship. If you take pride in your work, we want to make it worth your while.
We need a jack-of-all-trades, and hard worker, who is comfortable with both outdoor labor and light interior cleaning/maintenance.
Tasks include:
- Outdoor: Mowing, clearing tree brush, and general groundskeeping.
- Maintenance: Basic painting, minor repairs, and general upkeep.
- Bonus Skills: If you have experience with plumbing or other specialized trades, please let us know!
(We’re happy to pay extra for expertise, when needed)
What We’re Looking For:
*Reliability: You show up when you say you will.
*Self-Starter: You don’t need us hovering over your shoulder; you see what needs to be done and you do it.
*Attitude: You communicate well and treat our properties with care.
*Pay: Competitive hourly rate, paid promptly.
*Tools: We provide equipment and some tools/supplies. (If you have your own, that’s a plus)
