Property Maintenance and Landscaping (Two Harbors)

The ideal candidate takes pride in creating and preserving a serene, inviting atmosphere while performing preventative maintenance, landscaping, and minor repairs across the property.
Key Responsibilities
Landscaping & Grounds Maintenance:
• Maintain lawns
• Manage gravel roads and parking areas, including dust control (calcium chloride applications), grading, and snow removal.
• Perform seasonal tasks: spring clean-up, fall leaf/debris removal, and winter snow/ice management for roads, walkways, and unit entrances.
Property Maintenance:
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on buildings, units, decks, railings, fire pits, and common areas.
• Handle minor repairs (plumbing, carpentry, painting, pressure washing, epoxy pipe fixes, etc.).
• Monitor and maintain mechanical systems, including HVAC, smart tech (locks, thermostats, WiFi mesh), and outdoor infrastructure.
• Manage waste removal, recycling, and overall site cleanliness.
• Assist with set-up/tear-down for events or unit turnovers as needed.
General Duties:
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
• Keep accurate records of work performed, supplies used, and equipment maintenance.
• Operate and maintain property equipment (mowers, snow blowers, tractors, pressure washers, etc.).
• Collaborate with contractors and vendors when specialized work is required.
