Looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Flooring Measure Technician to join our growing team in the Hibbing MN area as an independent contractor (1099).
This role is perfect for someone with or without flooring experience that wants flexibility work without being tied to a 9–5 schedule.
What You’ll Do:
Travel to customer homes in the Hibbing MN and surrounding areas
Measure spaces for flooring (carpet, hardwood, LVP, tile, etc.)
Create accurate diagrams and material calculations
Communicate clearly with customers and our sales/installation team
Upload measurements and notes using our system (training provided)
Provide a quote onsite
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in flooring, construction, or home improvement preferred (Not required)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Professional appearance and customer-friendly attitude
Reliable transportation (car, truck/SUV preferred)
Basic tech skills (tablet/smartphone use required)
Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
