Local snow plow company looking for dependable people who want to work this 2025/2026 winter season. Looking for loader, skid steer; plow truck operators.

* Able to work well with others
* Able to work every time it snows and on call 24/7. We service all snowfalls 1" and greater.
* Reliable transportation to shop or equipment if parked on site.
* Must live in Duluth or surrounding area
* Must be able to operate heavy machinery safely.
* Must be able to provide high quality work. Our customers have high expectations and we are accustomed to meeting them. We are looking for individuals that are self-motivated to achieve this goal.
