Works with the Store Manager on the following:
• Oversees the hiring, compensation, training, promotion and development of sales and installation Teams.
• Establishes and monitors store work schedules and Team Member issues to effectively manage payroll and expenses.
• Exhibits strong leadership presence in the Store.
• Responsible to make sure every customer in the store receives outstanding service, finds a friendly environment and is communicated with properly and effectively so they become BUYERS and repeat customers. Customers need to feel they are treated like a GUEST!
