36 hours per week Every Monday - Thursday 4pm - 10pm and every other weekend 9a - 9pm

- Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordinion preferred

- Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
