Don't know anything about it. Plugged it in and it works. Been sitting in basement for years. A lot safer than walking outside lol. Possible delivery or pick up by Cub. Probably used minimally after ankle, knee or hip surgery rehab. Appears slight elevation adjustable and handle to hold onto. The display didn't appear to work but I would imagine it needs a battery which I may or may not get to.
