Farm fresh processed pork - $300 (WILLOW RIVER)

We have 3 remaining available prime butcher hog for a May 21 slaughter date

We raise our hogs on grain, bread, pasture, produce, hay and Pine. We do not feed slop. This year's are a mixture of Berkshire and red wattles

We charge $2.25 per pound hanging weight and we have a local butcher who charges $0.75 per pound for basic cut wrap and freeze which includes grinding pork. The butcher has extra charges you can get but they are optional. They charge a $1.75 per pound for smoking hams and Bacon's. $0.75 for seasoning and $0.75 for Patties.
These are all optional.

Hanging weights have been ranging from 180 to 225 pounds. So for an example of a 200 pound hanging weight, if you just did the minimum processing you would pay us $450 and the butcher $150. For a half hog that would be $300 total. You pay for the actual weight ur getting so it could be a little more or less.

We do ask $150 deposit for a whole hog and $100 deposit for a half.
