Everything works great! There’s only one spot on the left arm facing sectional where the foam of the footrest sometimes gets pinched and pulls down the front flap on the seat (in pictures). Doesn’t affect comfort at all.
Has three buttons for adjusting headrest, lumbar, and recline as well as a USB port on both arm rests. Each arm rest also has a pull out cup holder shown in pictures.
We bought this just under two years ago from Furniture Mart. This is a sectional that we only purchased the two armrest pieces. I talked to Furniture Mart on 12/13 and they said they do still have pieces of the sectional available for sale if you wanted to add on. I can provide the model number for interested buyers. We are looking to sell as we are turning our sitting room (where couch was) into a play room for our kids.
