We originally spent $700 on this futon. We are moving at the end of the summer and don’t have room to take it with us. It’s in pretty good condition. We have kept a mattress protector and a bedsheet over the cushion to protect it from getting damaged, so it has no staining or damage.
Laid open its measurements are 7ft X 4”2 X 2ft
And set up as a couch it’s 7ft X 3”2 X 3Ft
