Pottery Barn convertible sofa – purchased in 2022 and only used for half the year. Additionally, have not used slip cover since a couple months after purchase, so they are in perfect condition. They are also 100% removable for cleaning. The couch itself is in excellent condition, as is the mattress. Asking $1,250.

Crate & Barrel black leather chair - comfy, cozy gently-used club chair. No tears or stains. Asking $150.

White Mitchell Gold chaise lounge - excellent condition, slip covers have no tears or stains and are 100% removable for cleaning. When people come over and sit in the chair, it’s hard to get them to leave! Asking $250.

Large wall mirror in good condition. Asking $50.

All of this is in the U-Haul storage facility on Tower Avenue in Superior. We can meet you there to view any or all items.
