The retail price of this unit $1,199. I am selling this for a neighbor who had one child. This unit is meant to be mounted recessed into a wall. However, the former owner made it work without the hassle of cutting into the wall. He mounted 4 x 4” wood blocks to the wall studs and then mounted the station to the wood blocks. An easy alternative. This can also be used laying on a flat surface as well. As you can see in the photos the strap isn’t present. I am sending one with the purchaser, but it is not the one that came with the unit. I suggest a new one to be purchased. The only other issue is the trim piece is missing on the left/front corner. This missing piece doesn’t affect anything. The entire body is 16-gauge, 304 brushed stainless steel with seamless welds. The plastic is made of high-density, bacteria resistant polyethylene. Comes with installation instructions. The outside dimensions are 38 in. x 21 3/4 in. This is heavy-duty and has a 250 lbs. load capacity. The station weighs about 45 lbs.
