- [ ] 25 year warranty shingles. Come standard with charcoal grey or nickel grey. Other colors available to order.
- [ ] Door opening of 58” wide and 72” tall (can be adjusted smaller or larger)
- [ ] 8ft or 10ft peak
Extras include
- [ ] 18”x24” single hung sliding window with screen-$250
- [ ] 4x8 loft set at the height of choice-$100
