We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking, and passionate Lead Baker to help lead daily production and maintain the quality our customers love.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in an early morning environment, takes pride in consistency, and enjoys leading a team while creating an exceptional product every day. Weekend availability is a must.
Responsibilities:
Lead daily baking and production operations
Prepare doughs, batters, glazes, fillings, and finishing products
Maintain product quality, consistency, and presentation standards
Train, support, and motivate bakery team members
Manage production schedules and daily prep lists
Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs
Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and health code compliance
Work closely with management to improve efficiency and operations
Qualifications:
Previous bakery or restaurant experience required
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and time management
Ability to work independently and make quick decisions
Comfortable working early morning shifts (typically starting around 3–4 AM)
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
Positive attitude and strong team mindset
