🧼 Vacation Rental Cleaning Partner Wanted 🧼
Location: Duluth/Superior, MN
Type: Independent Contractor (per clean)
We manage several small vacation rental properties in the Duluth/Superior area and are looking for dependable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our team.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in vacation rental or hotel cleaning preferred (but not required)
Reliable transportation and flexible availability (mostly midday checkouts, 11 am–3 pm window)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow property checklists
Good communication — responsive by text/phone
Responsibilities:
Perform full turnovers between guest stays (bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, common areas)
Launder and reset linens/towels as needed
Restock basic supplies (toilet paper, soap, coffee, etc.)
Provide before/after photos for quality control
Report damages, missing items, or guest issues immediately
Compensation:
Paid per clean (flat rate depending on property size)
Typical range: $50–$100 per turnover
