Our nonprofit organization will host a small Family Day event on Saturday, March 21, 2026 from 9 AM - 12 PM, in Duluth.
We need an event assistant to support the event producer.
The experienced EVENT ASSISTANT will:
- Assist the event producer in the event setup
- Pick up print items at the nearby print shop
- Assist with guest check-in
- Monitor to children's room (magician, movie, popcorn)
- Assist the event producer with other light tasks as needed
You must also be poised, personable, and able to think quickly on your feet.
