Since the local bike shop refuses to service bike brands they do not sell, I am in need of someone to point out where my braking system is failing and repair it. I no longer drive a car and have no method in which to access bike shops outside the Two Harbors area. I have a Rattan Ultra LF ebike. The brakes have never worked properly since I unboxed it.
