It is a heavy-duty, robust machine made in Western Germany in the 1960s.
Considered to be one of the best - if not the best - typewriters ever made. Nothing compared to they typing action typing actuation of this machine.
The model is the 'L' or 'deluxe' variant, indicated by the optional paper injector lever (the clear plastic piece above the platen).
It weighs approximately 38 lbs.
Everything works. Will need a new ribbon. Could use a deep clean.
