1993 Solid 24ft pontoon with trailer - $2,000 (Ely)

Pontoon is a 24ft 1993 Lund 2450 Explorer. Toons are solid and don't leak.
1983 Mercury 50hp Outboard starts and runs great. Electric and pull start both work well.
Trailer is included. Boat overhangs 21 inches. I recently drove it 285 miles without issue.
Things to know:
- No working gauges
- Tilt/trim capable but pump is not working (It's usable as is - however a new pump motor is roughly $280)
- Seats are usable but could use updating
- Carpet has worn spot
- Deck is solid except for one small soft spot in floor near back
- Console is in poor shape but is usable
- No captain's seat
Extras:
- Spare tire for Trailer
- Hydraulic fluid and fill tool for tilt/trim
- Rabbit ears for running a hose to the motor
- Pump and Gear lube for winterizing the motor
It is registered in Minnesota as a 2000 Homemade Pontoon. I have a watercraft title for the pontoon. I have a bill of sale for the lifetime licensed trailer.
