This copy is in VG/FN- condition...some usual slight wear along the edges but there are water stains on the back cover.
"Fugitive from Blind Justice" is by Martin Pasko with awesome artwork by Pablo Marcos and Ricardo Villamonte! The Director of the Gotham "Civil Liberties Association" has the Ten-Eyed Man released from prison and he tangles with the Man-Bat in Gotham City!! The Ten-Eyed Man is a strange villain who has eyes on the tips of his fingers...how does he eat fried chicken?!
Kirk Langstrom steps in to save his wife, Francine, (whom the Sorcerer Baron Tyme turned into the Vampire She-Bat in issue # 1) at his surptise party and hides her in his bedroom as guests linger about! He changes afterwards and finds the Ten-Eyed Man and finally defeats him!
TRIVIA: This was the final issue of this title and Man-Bat went on to become a back-up feature in Detective Comics!
