Rotating and dispensing drum lifting hooks enable drums to turn 360° for controlled pouring and dumping of contents. They have frames that clamp tightly around the drum body and pivoting arms that attach to hooks on cranes, forklifts and hoists to lift the drum. The frames have a manual pulley system that allows tilting and rotating the drum once in the air.
