I am looking for other members in this community who have had medical issues with Essentia Health, and or other community services. I have a unique case where someone entered false information into my medical records. I believe that Essentia Doctors have been abusing the patients here through misdiagnosis, and neglect. I have a very serious medical condition and have not been able to get the care that I need. I’ve also been practiced on by medical students who aren’t qualified to take care of my condition, when I’ve contested this, I’m simply disregarded. In mislabeling them through the notes function, patients are not aware, and the information doesn’t show up, even if you request your medical records. This is to protect doctors, which I do understand, but it is being used inappropriately when doctors make mistakes. If something similar to this has happened to you, or if something else has happened with your care at Essentia, or while you were seeking help regarding your care at Essentia, contact me, as I am interested in filing a class action lawsuit against them. I know that if this happened to me, it has certainly happened to other people here in my community. We are stronger together, someone needs to stand up and stop what is going on with medical care in Duluth.
