Hello, I am a tidy and down to earth 20yr old male going to UMD as a Political Science major. Located on Park Point, adjacent to Baypoint Estates, only minutes from downtown and Canal Park. One half blocks to the bus line and grocery store. The unit has a balcony with views of Lake Superior and the bay/marina. The apartment is approximately six miles away from UMD and CSS, with about a ten-minute drive on 35 North. The residence includes off-street parking and the option of underground heated parking. Lease starts Sep 1st and we would need to split the electric and cable bills, but everything else is included. I have looked at almost every complex in the Duluth area and this is by far the best the town has to offer. This is a no smoking and no pet building.

For Myself and another renter it is $550 each - utilities included. Hence the more people the cheaper the rent for everyone.

I live out west, 42nd Ave - on a bus line. There is on and off street parking - this is a dead end and everyone has their own drive ways so it's not hard to find off street parking.

The House is located near downtown Duluth, about a block or two from the bus line to UMD. It is a six bedroom house with two large living rooms, a good sized kitchen with dishwasher and all the normal kitchen items. There are also two full bathrooms. There is also a sauna in the basement. There is a large amount of living area and the house is fully furnished. We have a large back yard and side yard, with a patio area out back.

The lease would be good through June of 2009. The room is currently available at this time and are move in ready. All utilities are paid for and are part of the rent. In addition to the normal utilities we also have cable, internet and phone in each room, these are also included in the rent.

There are currently four of us living in the house. We are friendly easy going individuals. We have 4 guys living in a newly redone (literally being worked on now and you can go look) Huge house. There is a massive lining room, kitchen, big unfinished basement, decks on the front and back, lake view, 2 bathrooms. One of witch is connected to the room available. We are mega close to restaurants and other stuff.

Subway is through the back yard. There is a fire place and a dishwasher. Separate ways to get in on each of the 3 levels. We are all super nice guys and would love get a 5th guy or girl who wants to hang out and have a good time and/or just do there own thing.

There is a 5th person moving in for the second semester at UMD (not far) where we all go to school. So this would be for 1st semester only.

That is ideal, but if it comes down to it we might work something else out. Might consider month to month lease, prefer 5 month sub lease.
