Rates:

# For 7 months minimum, the rate is $2.00 per foot per month for outdoor storage, $2.63 per foot per month for indoor unheated storage and $6.50 per foot per month for heated indoor storage space. The length is measured from the beginning of the trailer tongue to the back of the motor. A 10 foot wide space is included. Maximum ceiling height, in other words the clearance is 9 feet 10 inches. We have one drive in spot that has a 15 foot clearance.
# Less than 7 months storage is $2.70 per foot per month for outdoor storage, $3.55 per foot per month for indoor unheated storage, and $8.00 per foot per month for heated indoor storage. There is a $100.00 minimum.

# 14 ft. boat = $257.74 for seven months of unheated indoor storage.
