My current lease will be done on May 31st and the landlord has made it clear that renewal is not an option for me and my current housemates as he has other plans for our residence. Therefore I will need new housing starting June 1st. Due to my budget I am limited to $300 - $350 a month and am willing and able pay partial utilities.

I am a 29 y/o male, I work full time overnights and am going to school working towards getting my RN. I currently smoke, but with any luck I will be done with that habit soon. I'm a bit of a computer and video game enthusiast (I currently have 5 computers. Yeah I know it's a bit much). I do not have any pets and all of my possessions fit into one room (provided I have ample closet space). I am quiet and clean and you probably won't see much of me anyway with my schedule and lifestyle.
