I am just re-posting this to move it up the list. I bought a 3 piece living room set less than a month ago and suffered buyers remorse when I realized that brand new furniture and a toddler don't mix. It's still in perfect condition, I'm just too paranoid to have nice furniture while she's so active.
$700 for all three pieces, will consider going slightly lower for cost of gas when you pick up but since I borrowed to purchase the furniture the price isn't negotiable by much.
