I have a very unique bike to offer up for sale. It was hand made at Earth Cycle bike shop in Minneapolis, MN as one of a small number (fewer than 10) of short wheel base touring recumbents. It is of the highest quality. Made from 4130 Chromoly and stainless frame parts and all Shimano components. This is the only one like it I've ever seen. It has under seet steering, dual fenders, a rear pannier rack, front pannier mounts, a fully adjustable "boom" (for riders between 5'3" and 6'6"), and an adjustable all hemp seat. Really, the ultimate touring machine.

Kent is the builder who started the Moots company. The welds/dropouts, etc. are very much like the Moots. The bent seat stays and chain stays are Kent's touch for the time trial geometry. I had this built to emphasize position and comfort (most people lose more time moving around on an uncomfortable bike than in aero gadgets). The seat tube angle is 76 degrees and 50cm c-c. Top tube is 53cm. This bike was only given 1 test ride before life/medical issues required a different direction. This bike rides wonderfully and his the top of the line components (all new and 2006 model):

KORE Elite road/mountain bike stem - 1 1/8", 25.4 handlebars, 130 mm extension - This is a great stem! It's extra length is great for up hill runs or if you have a longer torso. It is 130mm long, and fits a 1 1/8" steerer tube and 25.4mm handlebar. It is used but only for a short time, and looks brand new except for a couple of very minor scuffs. More companies should copy/steal the single piece Kneesaver rear clamp design -- it works! The single bolt, sliding face of the handlebar clamp is smart too. You can replace your bars quickly and easily. Overall clean looks along with the laser cut/machined graphics and bead blasted finish make it an attractive, hard wearing stem. This stem was made in USA, not the Taiwan production which recently replaced it. It has titanium bolts. Checkout at mtbr.com, where 90 reviews give it a 4.72 out of 5.- $25

WTB Rocket V Race saddle - Super saddle that can take a beating and is comfortable. mtbr rated at 4.74out of 5. Used, has many more miles ahead. It has a couple of scrapes and a small tear on the bottom edge underneath from moving the bike in the garage, all of the stitching and top covering is intact. $22
