Asking Price is $60 on this....It is HUGE. In pretty good shape, some normal wear on it. There were a few areas where there was writing and when I washed that off, the color came off as well because of the cleaner I was using. It could easily be overlooked and certainly does not affect the play. There are no accessories coming with this, it is just the house. It has a "hand crank" on the right side to use in conjunction with the elevator. How Cool Is That?!?!?!?!?! The hand crank is incredibly easy to turn as well.
